FAQ
Can I get extra photos / time?
Yes, of course! Extra photos and ½ hours are charged at $75 each.
When do you start the clock?
Your time doesn't begin until I start snapping, so you won't be charged for me setting up my gear. After your time finishes we'll go though the pictures and nail down which ones you want to proceed with.
What if I want changes?
Re-edits are charged at $50 each. However I'll be up-front about the complexity of changes, and if it's an easy edit I generally won't charge for them.
How quickly will I get my photos?
I always aim to get client's photos back within a week. At busier times of the year that turnaround may be slightly longer, but I'll always be in touch if there's any hold-up.
How will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered via the online portal on this website. Your snaps will be password protected and you'll receive details via email when they're ready.
Can I order prints?
You certainly can! Just let me know what you're after and I'll get a quote for you from my trusted professional photo printers.
